School Camp and Retreat Accommodation

Minimum 2 night stay for a minimum of 12 people.

The Gateway Lodge is the perfect shared accommodation option for school camps, clubs, family functions and large groups.

The building has 2 bedrooms with 6 bunk beds (sleeps 12) and 2 bedrooms with 4 bunk beds (sleeps 8). Total sleeping capacity of 40 people. There are 2 additional bedrooms – 1 has a queen bed and 1 has a double bed for the adult supervisors to have their own private space.

All bedrooms have their own individual cupboards for storage with personalised locking and each room also has a unique lock separate to the other bedrooms. All bedrooms have reverse cycle air conditioners providing comfort all year round.

Common Areas

The common room area comprises a large and spacious kitchen complete with all cooking facilities and appliances for everyone to enjoy together with sufficient seating for all guests. This area also has heating and cooling and a large flat screen wall mounted TV.

The Lodge has its own amenities comprising numerous showers and toilets (1 of which is mobility friendly).

The Gateway Quarters are 2 group accommodation buildings which is another great option for your next school camp!

Each building has 3 bedrooms with 2 bunk beds in each room (sleeps 4 per room) PLUS each room has it’s own lounge, TV and air-conditioner for extra comfort.

Each building has its own roomy kitchen (also with a TV and Aircon) with all cooking facilities and table seating for accommodating up to 12 people.

The Gateway Amenities are located right next door to the buildings for convenience.

Our Park has many facilities that guests will enjoy during their stay and include:

• Sparkling swimming Pool (open November – April)
• Nature reserve with bbq facilities and seating
• Fire pit for everyone to gather around on a winter’s evening

• 10min walk to the train that goes to Adelaide

• The historic town of Gawler with its many Parks and walking trails
• Only 40 minutes from Adelaide where the choices are endless from The Adelaide Zoo to the Botanical Gardens or take a cruise along the River Torrens on the infamous Popeye
