Booking Policies

CANCELLATIONS
Full refunds will be given if cancelling at least 14 days prior to check in.

50% refund will be given if cancelling between 7-14 days prior to check in.

No refunds given for cancellations up to 7 days prior to check in.

COVID CANCELLATIONS
If your trip needs to be cancelled due to a Government issued border closure or Government directed lockdown which prevents you from arriving on your scheduled date, then a full refund of any deposit paid will be given. We are also more than happy to transfer your deposit as a credit for a future booking.


DOG FRIENDLY PET POLICY
Only permitted on powered sites.
Strictly not allowed in cabin accommodation.
Management permission required before arrival.

CABINS

Overnight stays must be paid in full at time of booking.
A surcharge of $20 applies to ensuite cabins for single night stays on a weekend (Friday and Saturday nights).

A Security Deposit applies to bookings charged the Weekly Rate.  The amount of $100 is required at the time of booking which will be held as a security deposit.  On arrival , the First week’s fee required at check-in.

Security Deposits will be refunded within 48 hours following departure if cabin and contents left in a neat and tidy manner and accounted for.

Security deposits will be forfeited if no notice is given and cabin is vacated before the date it was booked to unless prior arrangement has been made at the Office and sufficient notice (1 week) is given of planned departure.

Linen supplied to main bed only in all cabins.  Linen for single beds or pull outs incur extra charge. Linen includes all bedding and towels.

NO Pets Allowed.

PLEASE NOTE: A minimum 2 night stay applies to all cabins over long weekends and Christmas/New Year/Easter periods.


WORKER’S RETREAT

Accommodation is only available on a weekly basis. Linen is included to the bottom bunk bed. A $100 security deposit is required at time of booking which will be held until check out and refunded if the accommodation is left clean and tidy.


CARAVAN & MOTORHOME SITES

Bookings for 2 nights or more require the first night’s rate as a deposit at time of booking.

Weekly stays require a $50 deposit at time of booking.

We offer 5% discount on powered sites for Seniors upon presentation of a Seniors card.
(Maximum discount of $40 any one stay).

KUI Members receive their 10% discount upon presentation of their Loyalty Card or you can join on check in and receive this discount.  (Seniors discount not applicable if KUI discount is provided).

Small and medium dogs allowed.
Please contact managment before arrival.
Pet Rules & Policies Apply

ALL caravans must have a vehicle located on site that can tow the caravan immediately in the event of an emergency (e.g. bushfire).


GATEWAY QUARTERS

Accommodation is only available on a weekly basis. Linen is not included but is available for an extra cost. A $100 security deposit is required at time of booking which will be held until check out and refunded if the accommodation is left clean and tidy.


BACKPACKERS

Overnight bookings must be paid in full at time of booking.
Bookings for 2 nights or more require the first night’s rate as a deposit at time of booking.

A $100 security deposit is required at check in for all stays and will be refunded upon check out provided the Common Room and dormitory room are left neat and tidy and all contents are accounted for.

Linen is not included in the nightly rate.
